Do you need …
Individuals must be age 18 or older and eligible to work in the United States. Below are some common documents to bring to Intake.

- Orientation is your first step towards being helped by a job developer and/or case manager. It is very important that you start here to get the basics of what we can do to help you with. No appointment is neccessary to attend orientation.
Intake/Eligibility appointment will be given at Orientation
- Equally as important is Intake/Eligibility, which is scheduled at the time of Orientation. You must first attend orientation before intake/eligibility.
In order for us to help you, please take these first two steps. Then you can proceed to a case manager or job developer.
JOB DEVELOPMENT
If you know exactly the type of job you want and are job ready, then see a Job Developer who can assist you with:- · Resume refinement
- · Interviewing tips
- · Employment leads
If you are unsure about your career direction, then see a Case Manager who can assist with:
- · Developing an Individual Employment Plan
- · Skills assessment
- · Resume suggestions & Interview techniques
- · Possible on-the-job / vocational training
Do you need …
- · Advice from a specialist on how your disability can be accommodated (includes Case Management and Job Development along with additional resources and assistive technologies)?
- · An advocate who believes in your ABILITIES.
- · Assistance with informing employers about tax incentives.
Individuals must be age 18 or older and eligible to work in the United States. Below are some common documents to bring to Intake.
- 1. California Driver License (or State / Federally Issued Photo ID)
- 2. Social Security Card
- 3. Proof of Selective Service Registration for males born after 1960
- 4. If non-citizen, authorization to work in the U.S.A.
- 5. Public Assistance Receipts (if applicable)
- 6. Last pay-stub (if possible)
- 7. Notice of Lay-off (if applicable)
